The former midfielder of the Spanish national team Xabi Alonso was appointed as the head coach of Bayer Leverkusen. Last week, the German club released Gerardo Seoane from the team due to unsatisfactory results, and the 40-year-old Basque will start working for the Pharmacists in the coming days.
