Real presents 20 generators to Ukraine

Real Madrid joins the initiative of Shakhtar of Donetsk, which aims to help the population in winter:

“Due to Russia’s bombing of energy facilities in Ukraine, the electricity shortage in the country affects the lives of millions of Ukrainians. “Shakhtar” asked European teams for help in obtaining generators.

Through the fund, Real is going to support this initiative and hand over 20 generators to Ukraine, which will be used in different regions of the country,” the statement of the Real Madrid reads.

In September, it was reported that Real donated more than one million euros to the Ukrainian people with the help of the “For All Ukraine” fund. The money was intended for food and medicine, as well as for beds and other essential items.
