Emery: "After these 90 minutes, we can be optimistic"

The head coach of Aston Villa, Unai Emery, shared his opinion with journalists after the victory over Manchester United (3:1) in the 15th round of the Premier League.

“The fans were extraordinary today. The players performed their tasks exactly. We showed a very good game and after these 90 minutes, we can be optimistic,” the Spanish specialist was quoted as saying by the BBC.

We remind you that this 51-year-old Emery’s debut match was as the head coach of Aston Villa. He arrived at the Birmingham club at the end of October. However, he has worked in the Premier League before, in 2018-19 he was the manager of Arsenal.
