"Cristiano Ronaldo should no longer play for Manchester United" - Erik Ten Haag

As reported by ESPN, Erik ten Haag told the leaders of Manchester United that Cristiano Ronaldo should not play for the club anymore.

On Monday, Ten Haag held a meeting with chairman Joel Glazer, chief executive Richard Arnold, director of football John Murtaugh and discussed the interview with Piers Morgan.

The head coach of Manchester believes that Ronaldo has gone too far. However, according to the Dutch specialist, a fit and motivated Cristiano can help the team. According to ESPN, several players are also unhappy with the behavior of the Portuguese star.

This season, Ronaldo has already been fined twice by the team. For the first time, he was fined for leaving the field early during a pre-season friendly against Rayo Vallecano in July, and for refusing to come on as a substitute against Tottenham in October.

Ronaldo is now focused on the World Cup, where Portugal will be in Group H. Portugal will compete with Uruguay, Ghana and South Korea. Fernando Santos’ team will play their first match against Ghana on November 24 at 20:00.
