The head coach of Real Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti, assessed the match won against Sevilla:
“We worked hard to get the ball back in the first half. Although the first half was good, in the second half we fell a bit and the conceded goal made us lose confidence.
Fortunately, the substitute players added energy to the team. I am glad that we have such a resource. I don’t face any difficulties, the players agree with my decisions.
It’s one of the best teams, if not the best, I’ve ever worked for,” Ancelotti was quoted as saying by Goal.com.
In the 11th round of La Liga, Real hosted Sevilla and defeated 3:1. Madrid are in the first position of the league table with 31 points.
In the current season, Ancelotti’s team has a 16-match unbeaten streak.
